1. Overview

This website and online store are operated by Brusion Limited ("Brusion," "we," "us," or "our"). Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services. By accessing brusion.com, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked below.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

3. Handmade products and symbolic content

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Screens can display color differently, measurements are approximate, and handmade pieces naturally vary in stitching, expression, shape, texture, and fabric placement. Minor variations that do not affect ordinary use are characteristics of handmade work, not defects.

References to Eastern Zodiac traditions, luck, protection, peace, healing feelings, companionship, wishes, or symbolic qualities are cultural and creative expressions. Products and editorial content do not promise to alter fate or guarantee outcomes and are not medical, psychological, religious, legal, or financial advice.

4. Orders, prices, currencies, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send confirmation. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, resale activity, inventory or pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices may change without notice. The currency and final amount shown at checkout control. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and import fees are shown or assessed as applicable. Exchange rates and card issuer fees may affect the amount charged by your payment provider.

5. Promotions and gift offers

Promotions, discount codes, free gifts, and limited offers are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, inventory, and exclusions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted. If a qualifying order is returned, any associated promotional gift must also be returned unused or its stated value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

6. Order changes and cancellations

Contact help@brusion.com as soon as possible if an address, item, or cancellation needs attention. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable law.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Reviews, photographs, and other submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is genuine, that you have the rights needed to submit it, and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You grant Brusion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, translate, format, and display that content for operating and promoting Brusion. You retain ownership of your content and may contact us about removal, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Any incentive for a review applies to submitting honest feedback, not to giving a positive rating, and should be disclosed where required. We may moderate or remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, or rights-infringing content.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with security or operation, transmit malicious code, scrape or collect personal information without authorization, impersonate others, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

The Brusion name, logos, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, illustrations, and site presentation are owned by or licensed to Brusion Limited and protected by applicable law. Except as allowed by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

11. Third-party services

The Services may include tools, payment services, applications, social platforms, or links provided by Shopify and other third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to provide the ecommerce platform; see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

13. Errors and availability

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping, or other information. Products may be limited in quantity or discontinued. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected amount as appropriate.

14. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brusion Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Brusion Limited against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights available in your country or state of residence.

18. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and update date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective; failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
