Returns and damage claims

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Refunds only; no exchanges. Contact info@brusion.com before returning an object. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original delivery charges are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Incorrect, transit-damaged or materially misdescribed items are handled under our published refund policy.
