Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Handmade Characteristics

Our fabric items, pendants, dolls, and other studio objects are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in stitching, color, texture, shape, and character details are normal characteristics of handmade work and make each piece unique. Minor variations that do not affect normal use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@brusion.com before sending an item back. If the return is accepted, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union Cooling-off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exclusions. The item must be unused, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
