Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after the order confirmation email is sent, excluding weekends and public holidays. Because our pieces are handmade in small batches, this time allows us to inspect each item and prepare secure packaging. You will receive a shipping notification when the order leaves our studio.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional or destination-specific shipping rates may apply.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is $4.99. Free standard shipping is available when an order contains two or more eligible items. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

For destinations outside the United States, the available shipping rate is displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

• North America: 7–12 business days
• Europe: 8–15 business days
• Asia: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete delivery address can cause delays outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number or tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us at info@brusion.com with your order number.
