Welcome to Brusion. We select vintage, pre-owned and characterful objects for everyday spaces. These terms apply to purchases through brusion.com.

Our Objects

Most objects are available as individual pieces. Where a listing includes a pair or set, the included quantity is stated in the description.

Please read the measurements, materials, condition and disclosed wear or repairs before ordering. Dates, origins and maker attributions may be reasoned estimates rather than independently verified facts. These qualifications form part of the description.

Approximate measurements are identified as such. Please ask us before ordering if a particular detail is essential to your purchase.

Photographs and Condition

Photographs should be considered together with the written condition report. Colours and surface appearance may vary with lighting and screen settings.

Pre-owned objects may show wear, repairs and signs of previous use. Disclosed wear does not remove your rights if an object arrives damaged, is incorrect or is materially different from its description.

Prices and Availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and at checkout. Confirm shipping charges and any applicable taxes before completing payment.

Adding an object to your shopping bag does not reserve it. If an availability discrepancy affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Delivery

Please read our Shipping Policy and confirm any outstanding delivery arrangements before ordering. Delivery availability depends on the particular object and destination.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We offer refunds, not exchanges, and cannot guarantee an identical replacement. Please contact us before returning an object.

Use and Care

An object described as decorative or collectible should not automatically be assumed suitable for food contact, children’s use or another functional purpose.

Please check the listing and ask about any untested function before use.

Your Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Updates to these terms will not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing order.
