Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

All delivery estimates shown on our store include the time needed to prepare, inspect, and pack your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping notification when your order leaves our studio.

Free Shipping

Brusion provides free standard shipping on every order to all destinations currently available through our checkout. No minimum order value is required. Product prices remain unchanged. The estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days, including order preparation.

Available Destinations

Available destinations are determined by the shipping zones and markets enabled at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete delivery address may cause delays outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number or tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us at help@brusion.com with your order number.
